Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed within  1–2 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to  3–4 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

SHIPPING TIMES

We ship from our warehouse in the United States. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. International delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

SHIPPING COST

Free US shipping on all orders. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier rates.

DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country.

TRACKING INFORMATION 
We provide real-time tracking information on all orders. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order, you may do so within 24 hours after receiving your order confirmation. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can make these changes before the order ships.

If your order has already shipped, you may return eligible items according to our Refund Policy.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and items and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If a package is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we work hard to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues that are outside of our control.
